Return and Refund Policy

At Daily Dopamine, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@dailydopamine.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:

  1. Refund Conditions: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  2. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
