Not at all. Our events are designed for every level. The purpose of Mindset x Movement is self improvement — both physically and mentally — and you don't need any experience to benefit from that. All you need is a willingness to show up. Our hope is that you walk away not just with a clearer mind and a moved body, but with a new friend or accountability partner by your side.
Depending on the event, your mindset session may include a guided vision board activity using the Daily Dopamine Vision Board Kit, a journaling session with intentional prompts, or a group conversation card exercise. Each one is designed to help you get clear, get focused, and connect with the women around you.
