From guided journals to conversation cards to our signature Vision Board Kits, we make personal growth feel approachable, inspiring, and rooted in everyday action.
This 45-minute guided experience is designed to give you the time and tools to think about your goals, tap into your creativity, and build a vision board that feels personal and meaningful. No pressure, no expectations, just space to explore what you want more of in your life.

There will be three sessions throughout the Wellness Market at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m., with only 10 seats available in each.
